Cockroach found in meal served on Air India’s Delhi airport lounge

A passenger today tweeted picture of a cockroach in the meal served at Air India’s Business class lounge in Delhi airport. The shocking and disgusting image of what appears to be an alive cockroach on a food plate has sparked outrage on social media.
