Cold wave conditions prevail in Punjab, Haryana; Amritsar coldest at 1.2 degree Celsius

Amritsar reeled at 1.2 degrees Celsius as the ongoing cold wave conditions prevailing in Punjab and Haryana for the past three weeks continued unabated today. The minimum temperature hovered in the range of 1-5 degrees Celsius at most places, a Meteorological official said.
