'Ulfa-I was planning attack on air base'

Ulfa (Independent) was planning a Pathankot-like attack on Chabua Air Force base in Dibrugarh ahead of Republic Day, interrogation of a journalist arrested for suspected links with the proscribed outfit has revealed, Army officers said on Monday.
