​BJP tries to woo Congress’s slum vote bank in Karnataka

With the intent of swaying the sizeable vote bank of slum dwellers in urban pockets, the BJP state leadership held a “Slum Dhour Bhagya” programme, pointing at the lack of basic amenities under the Congress regime, with each of their top leaders staying in slums across the urban pockets of Karnataka for one night.
