NE is heart of ‘Act East’ policy, invest here: PM Modi to Asean

PM Narendra Modi on Saturday appealed to Asean member states as well as Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan to invest in the northeast, which, he said, was at the heart of India’s ‘Act East’ policy.
