Yogi government’s twin plan to counter SP-BSP ties

The Yogi Adityanath government is fast-tracking splitting of the Other Backward Classes (OBC) quota and inclusion of 17 OBCs in the Scheduled Castes list in the state, responding to the challenge posed by the alliance of the Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party.
