Be smart like Mallya, Union minister tells tribals

Encouraging tribals to not just be ‘hard workers’ but become ‘smart workers’, Union tribal affairs minister Jual Oram on Friday urged the tribal community to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship and even went on to cite the example of Vijay Mallya, who built a successful business empire before he ended up on the wrong side of the law.
