Intel: Khalistani terrorists on way to attack Parliament

Central and New Delhi districts have been put under a multi-layer security blanket after a specific terror input received by intelligence agencies that two Khalistani terrorists are headed towards Delhi in an explosive-laden car with an Uttar Pradesh registration number to attack Parliament House.
