Supreme Court dismisses PIL seeking SIT probe into Nirav case

Justices AM Khanwilkar and DY Chandrachud said, “These are not PILs at all. PILs were meant to improve the lot of the deprived and downtrodden and not to tarnish someone’s reputation without any basis.”
