Upset with government, wife of deceased hockey wizard Mohammed Shahid to return his Padma Shri

Parvin Shahid, wife of deceased Indian hockey player Mohammed Shahid, said on Tuesday she has decided to return all the awards won by her husband as the government has allegedly failed to fulfill any of the promises it made to her after the death of her storied husband.
