Apart from Vijay Mallya, the list contains names of Mohammed Umerji Patel, alias, Tiger Hanif, a key Dawood aide wanted for the 1993 blasts, Mohammad Sheikh and Rajesh Kapoor and Seema Kapoor, a couple accused of abducting a child.
