SC asks Maharashtra govt to hand over documents of Loya's death to petitioners

The Supreme Court (SC) today told the Maharashtra government the Justice BM Loya 'mysterious death' case is a matter in which the petitioner should know all the facts and must be able to examine all the documents, including the medical report.
